Cut & Sew
We offer a full cut & sew service that allows you to create a line of garments without the worry or confusion of patternmaking, size grading, cutting, assembly, or finishing. Our team of experienced patternmakers and tailors have worked both in the New York Garment District and abroad. No project is too large or small for our team.
Patternmaking
The pattern is the blueprint to the garment. It can be used for beauty, structure, and functionality. We at CANVAS take it upon ourselves to be meticulous with our pattern work. All you need to do is send in a sketch, picture, or tech pack and we will be able to create a full pattern from it!
If a pattern is all you need, and you do not wish to do the full production process with us, we offer competitive pricing based on difficulty of the project.
Size Grading
Size grading is another crucial part of the production process. It allows you to symmetrically scale the size run of products you are producing. One pattern is complicated enough, but grading that pattern to scale for different sizes is another obstacle. We offer grading services to ensure you get the most out of your pattern and offer a coherent size run that can be adjusted anytime.
